Desde 1899, el restaurante Fouquet encarna el espíritu brillante y festivo de París. El menú, desarrollado con el chef Pierre Gagnaire, continúa la tradición de los grandes clásicos de la cocina tradicional francesa al tiempo que aporta su toque creativo único.
