París esta ubicada a varios kilómetros del mar, pero aún así se pueden probar algunos platos con productos frescos y bien preparados.

En mi caso, no soy un gran fan de este tipo de cocina, pero para podre recomendar en nuestra guiía, hay que probar de todo y gracias a la recomendación de un veterano en este tipo de restaurantes he visitado Sur Mer.
El nombre de este restaurante, Sur Mer, significa “en el mar”, y cuando comí allí la otra noche al menos pude captar algo de esa sensación que da mar.

El camarero sugirió el menú de degustación a 32 € (no es barato, pero ideal para probar de todo).

En pocos minutos  comenzó la avalancha de platos pequeños para compartir, no menos de 10 de ellos, cada uno de ellos creativo, delicioso y elaborado con ingredientes frescos y de alta calidad.
Quizás lo más impresionante, sin embargo, fue que cada uno era diferente de los otros, y no hubo repetición de guarniciones.
Mariscos franceses creativos con un poco de tailandés o vietnamita escondido debajo. Realmente sabroso. Pequeño y cómodo espacio con la cocina al aire libre.
