El local esta siempre bastante concurrido, pero todo su personal es muy amable y esta acostumbrado a los turistas. Otra ventaja es que siempre hay alguien que habla español y podrá ayudarnos un poco si nuestro francés no es muy bueno…

Quatrehomme
De todas las queserías de París, Quatrehomme es sin duda de las mejores. No por nada esta funcionando desde 1953 y se trata de una de las queserías familiares más importantes y con más tradición de la ciudad.
Uno de sus puntos fuertes es que cuenta con una cava independiente para cada tipo de queso, una cualidad que extiende también a los patés.
Cuenta con numerosos premios gastronómicos artesanales. Y sus propietarios actuales son los dos hihos de Marie Quatrehomme es la primera mujer que consiguió la condecoración del Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF).
No sólo venden sus quesos al público, sino que además entregan sus productos en muchos restaurantes de la ciudad.
