Esta comunidad es bastante importante en París y su gastronomía esta muy difundidad en la ciudad.

París cuenta con restaurantes vietnamitas más que suficientes para satisfacer a todos los viajeros. El distrito 13 en particular está repleto de restaurantes que ofrecen la mejor comida vietnamita. Sin embargo, hay restaurantes de especialidades diseminados por toda la ciudad.

Dong Huong

La excelente comida en este restaurante vietnamita de fideos atrae a mucha gente. El delicioso bành cuôn, raviolis vietnamitas al vapor rellenos de carne picada, champiñones, brotes de soja, cebolletas y cebolla frita, se sirven bien calientes.
Com ga lui, kebabs de pollo con delicioso lemongrass, aunque no tan delicado, vienen con arroz sabroso.

Bonjour Vietnam

Esta cantina vietnamita en el 5to arrondissement, se ha vuelto muy popular últimamente. El servicio es impecable y los alimentos a precios razonables se cocinan en el sitio, como el menú de almuerzo de 12 €.
El resto del menú incluye sopas: el pho clásico o una mezcla de pollo ligeramente condimentado, albóndigas de banh cuon rellenas o el bollo excelente.
Tienen ya dos locales en la ciudad.

Este restaurante esta ubicado en el Barrio Latino y se especializa en comida liviana, simple y de alta calidad. El menú es estándar vietnamita parisino, aunque cada mes se agregan varias especialidades nuevas.

Cô My Cantine

Los acogedores asientos, la cocina abierta, las paredes de piedra y la decoración de madera lo convierten en el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de las cervezas después de un concierto  en este interesante barrio de París.
Esperar los clásicos vietnamitas; pho, carne de albahaca thai frita, bacalao crujiente caramelizado y bollo perfectamente equilibrado. El lôc lac es particularmente bueno.
