El auge de la cerveza artesanal en París ha crecido a un ritmo tan asombroso que el mercado se ha saturado en un par de años.

En estos días, si deseas abrir un bar de cerveza, un restaurante o una tienda de venta, lo ideal es encontrar un nicho o especialidad que lo haga destacar del resto.
El equipo detrás de Le Triangle no tuvo ningún problema en hacerse un espacio en la escena de la cerveza artesanal de París, ya que simplemente sacó sus pasiones particulares (cocina, micro-elaboración de cerveza y hospitalidad) para crear uno de los pocos bares de cerveza artesanal de la ciudad.



El Equipo

Jocelyn, Maily y Laurent, el equipo de marido, esposa y hermano detrás de Le Triangle, tuvieron la idea de combinar una cocina cuidadosa con cerveza artesanal mientras pasaban tiempo en Quebec, la tierra natal de Jocelyn.
Como una cervecería y amante de la cerveza, Jocelyn quería establecer una cervecería en la que los invitados pudieran degustar una selección de cervezas en constante cambio (nunca hace la misma cerveza dos veces) en casa.
Laurent, un chef entrenado en la Escuela Ferrandi, trae platos enfocados en ingredientes que combinan perfectamente con la selección de cerveza de la casa (así como una selección rotativa de botellas y cervezas de otras cervecerías artesanales).
El triángulo de Le Triangle se completa con Maily, que maneja el frente de la casa y hace que los huéspedes se sientan bienvenidos y bien cuidados.

La Comida

El menú de temporada cambia con frecuencia, según el estado de ánimo del chef y las cervezas de barril. Un menú puede incluir entrantes como el carpaccio de atún rojo con mayonesa de sésamo (12,50 €) y las remolachas asadas con queso de cabra y vinagre balsámico (9 €).
Los platos principales van desde el filete de imitación francés favorito con papas fritas caseras (22 €) hasta un acompañamiento de cerveza clásico, Fish & Chips (18,50 €).
La comida preparada cuidadosamente preparada se eleva mediante el uso de ingredientes finos y la atención a los detalles (ricas salsas caseras, vinagre agrio y un coqueteo con la alegría de las comidas fritas) que hacen que aquellos que no están acostumbrados a beber cerveza a la mesa se pregunten por qué no lo hacen.
Se recomienda hacer reservaciones en Le Triangle, especialmente para sus eventos mensuales “Mange ta Poutine”, donde el menú muestra el clásico plato de Quebecois de papas fritas, queso y salsa (15 €, agregue salchicha por + 1,50 €).
